Upon registration, each registered Advisee is designated a unique medical ID and the Advisee is given choice to select best-suited Adviser from the list of 3-4 pre-matched list of Advisers. The following details for each Adviser will be visible to the Advisee at the moment of this choice: the first name of the Adviser, gender, country of residence, profession and specialisation. YAPILI asks Advisers for certain personally identifiable information about themselves (e.g. name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, age, gender, medical specialty, licence details, affiliations, board certification, education etc.). YAPILI will offer complementary revenue to Advisers based on monthly Key Performance Indicators as well as reimburse Advisers for expenses incurred by such Advisers in connection with purchasing a medical liability insurance plan. YAPILI will use Advisers’ personal data to process such reimbursements and follow up on their enquiries concerning these reimbursements. YAPILI asks Advisers for certain personally identifiable information about themselves (e.g. name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, age, gender, medical specialty, license details, affiliations, board certification, education etc.), bank account details, correspondence with YAPILI concerning the payouts of complementary revenue and reimbursements. Based on legal obligations, YAPILI retains personal data until seven years after the payout and/or reimbursement, with the exception of a log file with Advisers’ name, contact information and payout and/or reimbursement details.
To calculate monthly Key Performance Indicators.
YAPILI will offer complementary revenue to Advisers based on monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs are taking into account the following information: 1) Adviser’s median response time to users request for health advice (i.e. opening a case), 2) the number of Advisees assigned at end of the month, 3) and the number of cases closed during the month. These KPIs are calculated automatically by the Website algorithms. Based on legal obligations, YAPILI retains personal data until seven years after the payout, with the exception of a log file with Advisers’ name, contact information and payout details.

YAPILI uses third parties for certain processings, such as Website hosting.
